I led strategy and execution for next generation enterprise security UX at Dell, turning complex, high risk workflows into intuitive, mobile first experiences. My work directly supported Dell’s security transformation efforts while improving usability, consistency, and product velocity across multiple global platforms.

Problem

Security platform users, ranging from IT admins to analysts, struggled with fragmented workflows, high task complexity, and inconsistent interfaces that slowed response times and degraded trust in the system.

Solution

I reimagined key workflows, built a scalable mobile first design system, and introduced research driven UX practices to simplify interactions, improve clarity, and enable faster iteration across security tools.

Key Outcomes

40% faster task completion by redesigning workflows and simplifying UI across threat monitoring and policy management tools
20% increase in customer satisfaction (CSAT) through research informed interaction design and responsive layouts
25% reduction in front end build time via a shared design system adopted across 5+ security platforms
Created Figma libraries, interaction specs, and playbooks that ensured design to code fidelity across Agile sprints

Key Initiatives
